Reflexology Careers Success Stories

Madame Silvana had been experiencing constant pain in her hand for an extended period. When a client who had previously visited multiple therapists came to me, it became evident that the situation was unusual. It was crucial to deliver results that made a noticeable difference right from the initial sessions, ensuring the client’s commitment to continue treatment and allowing sufficient time to address the issue at hand. In this case, the problem was identified as chronic tennis elbow.

The reflexology session began by working on the neck and cervical vertebrae to release tension and promote relaxation. Specific points between the big toe and its neighboring toe were focused on as they are connected to shoulder, hand, and elbow areas where tension could be addressed. Lateral areas of the ear were also targeted since they are linked to various parts of the body including shoulders.

All relevant reflexology points along the pathway from shoulders to fingers were covered with gentle pressure applied using my thumb or knuckle as needed. Tension points at elbow areas were identified, and circular pressure was applied with my knuckle or thumb until they diminished or faded away. The session followed protocol and concluded with post-reflexology massage.

During our conversation after completing the reflexology session, I asked Silvana how she felt and if she could quantify any difference in her condition. She reported a 50% improvement, experiencing less pain and feeling a sense of freedom in her hand. As a result of several sessions addressing her tennis elbow issue successfully resolved this problem.
